chapter updates. We, however, discourage unsolicited submissions since they
may represent duplicates to updates already requested by the Editor.

request by the Editor for submission does not guarantee acceptance of the
final submission, as every contribution has to undergo peer review. Authors
will be notified when their final submission has been accepted and before it will
be posted. Accepted submissions will be eligible for academic listings.
